Herbert Charles Hatke, 81 of Chicago Heights, IL a native of Lafayette , died Wednesday afternoon in St. James Hospital in Chicago Heights. he had been in failing health since February and in the hospital three weeks.
Mr. Hatke was born August 21, 1906. His marriage on September 8, 1932 in Lafayette, was to Judith Ellen Karlstrand and she survives.
He had resided in Harvey IL and Monon, IN before moving to Chicago Heights in 1980.
