Mrs. JoAnn Lambert, 75, Muncie, died at her residence Wednesday following an extended illness. A native and lifelong resident of Muncie, she was the daughter of Golden and Lillie "Deavers" Carter. She attended Muncie schools and was a cook at Sherm's Nite Cap for 15 years.
Survivors include her husband of 56 years, Robert J. Lambert, Muncie; two sons, Jack Lambert (wife-Juva), Williamsburg, IN and Mike Lambert (wife-Beverly), Muncie; two daughters, Diana Delk (husband-Jim), Shelbyville, and Beverly Davis (husband-Aden), Muncie; two brothers, Bob Carter (wife-Maryann), Muncie, and Charles Carter (wife-Barbara), Chesterfield; two sisters, Mary Margaret Love, Greenfield, and Beverly Sue Wake, Muncie; five grandchildren, Mike Lambert, Muncie, Mitch Lambert, Muncie, Blake Vlaskamp, Muncie, Sheila Mercer, Muncie, and Kim Anderson, Muncie; six great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
