CONNERSVILLE- Mrs. Marie (sic) Schlechtweg, 81 years old, wife of John Schlechtweg, died early Monday. Her home was at 1118 Fayette Street.

Born in Franklin county, she was a daughter of William and Jane Young and had lived on a farm in the Dunlapsville community before moving to Connersville, 20 years ago. She was a member of the Dunlapsville Presbyterian church.

Survivors are her husband; four daughters, Mrs. Mable Hunter and Mrs. Bertha Gilbert of Connersville, Mrs. Lena Ridout of Cincinati and Mrs. Mildred Finch of Liberty; three sons, William of Glenwood, Edward of Connersville and Louis Schlechtweg of Milton; several grandchildren and a brother, Tom Young of Connersville.

Services for Mrs. Schlechtweg will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday at the Thompson-Brown funeral home with Rev. Herbert Fitzpatrick officiating. Burial will be at Dunlapsville. Friends may call at the funeral home

Terry M. Faurote 51 years old died Monday of this week in Billings Hospital, Indianapolis. Born in Laurel, he had lived in Franklin and Fayette counties all of his life. He was a veteran of W W I. He is survived by his wife Agnes, a foster daughter, Miss Joy Matthews, three half sisters, Mrs. John Schlecchtweg, Mrs. Charles Ward, and Sarah Cf. Funeral services Brookville.
