Born in St. Claire, P.Q., Canada April 18, 1891 (daughter of Francois Ruel and Marceline Rainaud), she made her home in this city for the past 70 years. Mrs. St. Jean formerly operated St. Jean's Market on Mosher St.
Her survivors are: a brother Arthur and two sisters, Mrs. Exilia Guy and Mrs. Anna Benoit, all of this city and several nieces and nephews.
The funeral will take place from the Messier Funeral Home, Wednesday morning, followed by a requiem in the Immaculate Conception Church. Buial will be in Notre Dame Cemetery.
