Rosanna Ruel, daughter of François Ruel and Marcelline Gonthier Bernard, was baptized on 2 Apr 1880 at Sainte Claire, Dorchester, Québec, Canada. She immigrated with her family to the United States about 1893 and settled in Holyoke, Hampden, Massachusetts. There Rosanna married Napoléon Goulet, son of Octave Goulet and Célina Gagnon, on 6 Sep 1898. She was widowed in 1919. Rosanna married widower Philias Brodeur in 1928 in Holyoke, and was widowed for the second time in 1948. She died at age 75 and was interred in Notre Dame Cemetery in South Hadley on 19 Oct 1955.
