Mary Ann (Brodman) Loverich, 93, of Upper Sandusky died at her home on October 30, 2009. Born February 4, 1916 in Salem Twp., she was the daughter of the late Leo and Frances (Haubert) Brodman Sr. On June 24, 1939, she married Bernard A. Loverich at St. Joseph Church of Salem, and he preceded her in death July 1991.

Mrs. Loverich is survived by Mrs. Sue Ann (David) Hoepf (Upper Sandusky), Eugene (Donna) Loverich (Flagstaff, AZ.), and Mrs. Joyce (Dennis) Trease (Lexington, KY.), John (Sheila) Loverich (Upper Sandusky), Robert Loverich (Upper Sandusky), 21 grandchildren, 19 great grandchildren, and 4 waiting in the wings. She is survived by her siblings Isabelle Brodman (Carey), Dolores Mathias (New Riegel ), Leo Brodman Jr.(Napoleon), Herman Brodman (Carey), Marcella Molyet (Fremont), and Sister Donna Louise Brodman, O.P. (Connecticut).

She was preceded in death by Joseph Loverich (son), Todd Stuart Trease (grandson), Martha Gillig (twin sister), Rose Mathias (sister), Louis Brodman (brother) Leonard Brodman (brother), and Bernard Brodman (brother).

She attended St. Joseph's in Fremont and Salem Centralized. Mrs. Loverich was a model homemaker, seamstress, and cut hair for her family. She loved reading, praying, gardening, the outdoors, music, and visiting with family and friends. Mrs. Loverich will be remembered as a mother who was prayerful, loving, hard working and taught good principles. She was a member of St. Peter Catholic Church, Catholic Ladies of Columbia and Rosary Altar Society. She served 30 years as a Eucharist minister.

A Mass of Christian Burial will begin at 11:00 a.m. at the St. Peter Catholic Church on Tuesday Nov. 3, 2009 with Father Bob Dendinger officiating, Father Frederick Schill concelebrating and Deacon James Perry assisting. Interment will be in St. Peter Cemetery, Upper Sandusky. Visitation will be held from 9:30 a.m. - 10:45 a.m. with the Rosary being said at 9:10 a.m. – all at the church on Tues. Everyone is invited to join the family for lunch and tributes at St. Peter's School following the burial.

In lieu of flowers and gifts, memorials may be made to St. Peter Catholic Church, St. Peter's School Endowment Fund, Hospice of Wyandot County, Wyandot County Right to Life, or to the charity of the donor's choice/family wishes in care of Bringman Clark Funeral Home 226 E. Wyandot Ave. Upper Sandusky, OH 43351.
