CHILD KILLED BY CAR
TIFFIN, OHIO, SEPT. 23 - (AP), Louis Benner, 12, was killed today while crossing the Upper Sandusky road in front of his home, three miles south of here, on his scooter. Dr. Ralph E. Hershberger, physician of Tiffin, made an effort to swerve his car and miss the boy. Officials said they would exonerate Dr. Hershberger of blame.
