Mrs. Tatman was born Aug. 7, 1864, in Washington County, Kansas, where she lived the early part of her life. In 1890 she was married to the late Francis A. Tatman, who died here in 1917. In 1904 she moved to Chico.
Tatman was employed by the Diamond Match Company for many years and later entered the sand and gravel business.
She leaves four children, Roy Tatman, Scotia, Humboldt County; Wm. E. Tatman, Yuba City; Floyd Tatman, Arcata, and Mrs. Ralph Baker of Chico. She was the mother of the late Thomas Tatman of Oroville.
She had been a member of the Royal Neighbors and Halleck Relief Corps.
