W.H. (Bill) Everett, 82, died April 10 at the Knox County Hospital. Funeral services were held April 12 at the First United Methodist Church and burial was in Johnson Memorial Cemetery under the direction of the McCauley-Smith Funeral Home.
Everett was born July 11, 1911 in Burnet County. He moved to Knox County in 1952 and opened a machine shop in Munday. He married Myrtle Mae Partridge on September 7, 1941, in Bomarton.
Survivors include his wife, Myrtle Everett; one daughter Kathy Morgan of Munday; two sisters, Betty Alexander of Burnet, and Annie Bell Reavis of Oakalla; four grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
