MRS. JOHN KRAMER, 72, ELKHART LAKE, DIES TUESDAY
Elkhart Lake, Wis—(Special)—Mrs. John Kramer, 72, nee Mary Margaret Henschel, passed away Tuesday at the Plymouth hospital where she underwent an operation a week ago. She seemed to be recovered and was ready to return to her home here when she suffered a heart attack.
Deceased was born in town Russell on Nov. 11, 1868, the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Carl Henschel. She was married to John Kramer of Town Russell on Feb. 19, 1889, and the couple lived on a farm now occupied by Frank Wriedt. The family moved to Elkhart Lake for a short time and then moved to St. Lawrence, Wis., for a period of 10 years before returning to Elkhart Lake where they have resided since.
Survivors are two sons, John and Clarence of Elkhart Lake; three daughters, Mrs. Arthur (Elizabeth) Riess of Town Rhine; Mrs. Ernie (Anna) Mayer of Elkhart Lake, and Mrs. Ella Knoch of Milwaukee; two brothers, Gustave Henschel of Town Russell and Adolph Henschel of Elkhart Lake; three sisters, Mrs. John Kessell and Mrs. William Brieske of Elkhart Lake, and Mrs. William Mayer of Chilton; and six grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held at the Raeder Funeral home in Elkhart Lake with the Rev. F. J. Lowenberg officiating.
