Forest City, IL - Diane M. Henry, 70, of 203 N. Main St., Forest City, passed away at 7:18 a.m. Tuesday, Nov. 9, 2010, at the Greater Peoria Specialty Hospital in Peoria.
She was born Nov. 12, 1939, to Mario and Irene Dees Codemo. She married Roy Henry on Nov. 5, 1960, in East Peoria. He preceded her in death in 2003.
Two brothers and one great-granddaughter also preceded her in death.
Surviving are four sons, William (Katrina) Henry of Topeka, James (Sheri) Henry and Jeff (Cheryl) Henry, both of Forest City, and Richard Henry of Peru. Diane has seven grandchildren.
She was a member of the Forest City Community Church and the Pekin VFW Ladies Auxiliary.
Diane enjoyed playing bingo.
Interment will be in Pleasant Hill Cemetery near Forest City.
