Topeka, IL - Roy D. Henry, 67, of 27746 County Road 1800N died at 9:30 a.m. Friday, Dec. 12, 2003, at Hopedale Hospital in Hopedale.

Born April 14, 1936, in Middletown to Charles Leslie and Mabel I. Noon Henry, he married Diane M. Codemo on Nov. 5, 1960, in Peoria. She survives.

Also surviving are four sons, Jeffery and Jim (and Sheri), both of Forest City, William (and Katrina) of Manito and Richard of Centralia; three brothers, Bill (and Carol) of Tremont, Darrel (and Donna) of Dahinda and Robert (and Joan) of Georgia; one sister, Phyllis Davis of Sandwich; and seven grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by two brothers and one sister.

A member of United Auto Workers Local 974 Retirees Club, he was a millwright at Caterpillar Inc. in East Peoria for more than 30 years, retiring in 1986. He also farmed in the Forest City-Topeka area for many years.

He was a member of Forest City Community Church.

Burial will be in Pleasant Hill Cemetery in Forest City.
