Mrs. Charles (Mary) Dott, age 78, of Sun Prairie, died on Monday, February 9, 1981, at a Madison hospital after a short illness. She was born in Sun Prairie May 15, 1902. She was a member of Sacred Hearts Catholic Church and its St. Ann's Altar Society, the Sun Prairie Colonial Club and the Music Makers Band. Survivors include her husband, Charles; a sister, Mrs. Martha Kroncke of Sun Prairie; two brothers, Vernon Cobb of Marshall, Rollin C. Cobb of Owensboro, KY; and many nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. on Friday at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Sun Prairie. Father James Uppena will officiate. Burial will be in Sacred Hearts cemetery. Friends may call at the Tuschen Funeral Home, Sun Prairie after 4 p.m. on Thursday where a scripture service will be held at 7:30 p.m. Memorials can be made to the Heart Association. WSJ 2/12/1981
