RIVER OAKS--Dorothy Baker, 88, passed away July 6, 2017 at her home. Dorothy Louise McCoy was born August 27, 1928 in Hamilton, Texas but spent most of her adult life in different areas of Tarrant County before settling in River Oaks. After running a very successful property management business for many years, she and her husband retired in 2004. Tootsie enjoyed camping, Fishing, garage sales and dancing. She truly enjoyed spending time at her new home with her wonderful caregiver.

Preceded in death by her parents, John and Sippie McCoy; her son, Charles Walton, her daughter, Stella Wallace; husbands, A.C. Baker and Crawford Young; seven brothers and two sisters.

Survived by her son, Ronnie Baker, grand children, great-grand children, two great-grand children and other extended family members.

SERVICE: Biggers Funeral Chapel. Committal at Nancy Smith Cemetery near Glen Rose.
