Isidore B. Klauck, 87, of 512 5th Street, Kiel, died Thursday afternoon, June 15, 1989, at his home, after a brief illness. He was born on July 18, 1901 in rural Kiel, the son of the late Nicholas and Christine Bavier Klauck. He attended grade school in Kiel.

In 1927, he married Edna Casper in Kiel. He was employed at the former Kiel Woodenware for many years, until his retirement in 1900. His wife died in January of 1935. He was a member of St. Peter and Paul Catholic Church, Kiel and a member of the Improved Order of Kiel Redmen Manitowoc Tribe No. 49.

Survivors include two sons, (private); one daughter, (private); 11 grand-children; ten great-grandchildren; two step-great-grandchildren; one sister-in-law, Mrs. Lydia Klauck, Belleville, IL. He was preceded in death by three brothers.

Funeral mass will be held at 10 a.m. on Saturday, at St. Peter and Paul Catholic Church, Kiel, with the Rev. Thomas Leannah, pastor and Monsignor Peter Klauck, a nephew, officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery. Friends may call at the church from 9 a.m. Saturday, until the time of services. The Kiel Redmen will have a memorial service at 9:30 a.m. at the church. There will be no visitation at Meiselwitz Funeral Home, who are in charge of arrangements.
