Mrs. Drenckhahn, Minneiska, Dies

Minneiska, Minn. Mrs. Adolph Drenckhahn, 41, died at St. Mary's hospital, Rochester, this morning. She had been ill since December 24.

Active in church and community affairs here and in the Elba vicinity, Mrs. Drenckhahn, was a former rural school teacher in the Elba community.

The former Annette Kramer, she was born December 18, 1908, in Elba township, the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Edwarad Kramer. After granduating from high school at Rollingstone, she enrolled in the teacher training course at St. Charles.

On June 27, 1938, she became the wife of Adolph Drenckhan. He survives, as do five children, all at home; David, Arthur, Mary Margaret, James and Charles.

Other survivors include a sister, Mrs. Neil Hansgen, Elba, and a brother, Gregory Kramer, Elba.

Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Tuesday at St. Mary's Catholic church here. Burial will be in the church cemetery. The Rev. George Speltz officiate.
