MRS. MARY ODELLA WEED
DIES SATURDAY NIGHT

Mrs. Mary Odella Weed, 35, wife of
Clarence Weed, residing at 1511 North
G street, died at the home of Mrs.
Maude Draper, nurse, residing at 1809
North E street, at 11 o'clock Saturday
night, of tubereulosis. She had been
in ill health for several weeks and
had been a patient at the Draper home
for four weeks.

She was the daughter of Mr. and
Mrs. William Beber, residing in North
Anderson street, and was born at
North Baltimore, O., Aug 12, 1892, be-
ing one of five children. She was
married to Clarence Weed December
11, 1912.

Mrs. Weed was one of the most
highly esteemed women of this city.
She enjoyed a large circle of friends
and was a most devoted mother and
wife. She was a member of St.
Joseph's church, the Rosary Society
and the Woodmen circle, being active
in the affairs of each when her health
permitted.

Besides the husband and parents
she is survived by four children, Mary
Louise, Clarence Junior, John Francis
and Marian Lucille, all at home; one
sister, Mrs. John Gilbert, of Elwood,
and three brothers, William Beber, of
Elwood; Joe Beber, of Oswosso, Mich-
igan, and Louis Beber, of Arizona.

Funeral services will be conducted
at the St. Joseph's church at 7:45 o'-
clock Monday morning by the pastor,
Father Biegel, and burial will be made in the Catholic cemetery.
