William T. Price, 62, of 1518 N. Cutright St. died at 1:08 a.m. Thursday, Oct. 30, 1997, at his residence. Born Oct. 25, 1935, in Peoria County to William T. Sr. and Emma Lucille Blessing Price, he married Janice L. Higgens on May 31, 1958, in Pinckneyville. She survives. Also surviving are two daughters, Joy Morgenstern and Shelley Tabrizi, both of Chillicothe; two brothers, Richard and James, both of Chillicothe; three sisters, Juanita "Wiggy" Babcock of Chillicothe, Leona Clark of Dunlap and Eva Mae Westerman of British Columbia; and two grandchildren. Three brothers and one sister preceded him in death.
