Surviving are one son, Richard Jr. of Otis, Ore.; one daughter, Rose Woods of Claremore, Okla.; one brother, James of Rome; and three sisters, Leona Clark of Dunlap, Dolores Babcock of Chillicothe and Eva Mae Westerman of British Columbia, Canada. He was preceded in death by one son, Randall; two sisters; and four brothers.
He was an Army veteran, serving from 1945 to 1948.
