Services here Saturday for A.L. anderson
Former Cass County Supt. of schools dies Wednesday
Funeral services for andrew L. Anderson, 84 years, 9 months and 14 days old at the time of his death at the fmaily home here Wednesday night at eight o'clock, will be held at the home tomorrow afternoon at two o'clock with Rev. J.W. armstrong officiating and burial will be at Walnut ridge Cemetery.
The Deceased was superintendent of schools in Cass county for one term from 1882 to 1886 and later was a dealer in nursery stock in this city. He was a lifelong, well-known and highly respec ted citizen of this community, sone of John and Rachel anderson born near this city.
He is survived by his wife Matilda, one daughter Rachel, of Concord, three sons, A.B. anderson of WinterPark, Florida, A.L. Jr., and Howard of this city, a brother John of Jacksonville and several grandsons
