Pauline F. Owen was born Oct. 26, 1919, in Asheville, N.C. A homemaker, she first moved to Portland in 1942, then lived in other areas of Oregon and in Arizona before moving to Scappoose in the mid-1990s. In about 1938, she married Hubert Besson; he died later. In about 1980, she married Harold Williams; he died in 1985.
Survivors include her daughters, Ruth Johnson and Barbara Stein; sisters, Mildred Cenci, Fay Cox and Martha Penka; brothers, Tom Owen, Ed Owen and Nick Owen; companion Marvin Tolva; three grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
