Ellen Jane Hardenbrook, 83, widow of Frank J. Hardenbrook, died Friday in a Marion nursing home. Born July 16, 1877, at Belleville, Kan., she was a member of First Congregational church, Cedar Rapids; a past matron of Marion chapter 183 OES, and a member of the woman's auxillary of the Brotherhood of Railroad Trainmen, and the Amber Grotto. Surviving are a son, Creighton of Cedar Rapids; a brother, James Creighton, and a sister, Nora, both of Belleville; and four grandchildren.

Services: Tuesday at 1:30 in the Murdoch chapel, Marion, by the Rev. Richard Wagner. Burial: Cedar Memorial.
