We have to record the death of Mrs. Mary Matthews, wife of P. Matthews, who died Nov. 21st, of cancer, aged seventy-two years, also the infant son of James Matthews and grandson of Mrs. Matthews who died Nov. 20, 1880. The funeral services of both were held at the same time. The Rev. Mr. Tuttle of Norwood preached the sermon. Mrs. Matthews has been a resident of this town for many years, She was a member of the M.E. church and Her death will be severly felt by a large family circle and many friends.
