MRS. EUNICE GRIFFITH
Mrs. Eunice Jane Griffith, 76,
of 401 Spencer St., Bristol, Va.,
formerly of Richlands, Va., died
Monday night in a Richlands hos-
pital following a short illness.
Born at ?? (can't read), Va.,
she was a daughter of William
and Margaret Mutter Sisk. She
was a resident of Richlands
prior to moving to Castlewood
in 1945 and had made her home in
Bristol for the past 12 years.
She was a member of Miller View
Primitive Baptist Church at
Lebanon.
Survivors include her husband,
James Henry Griffith of Bristol;
two daughters, Mrs. Otis Nash
of Richlands, Mrs. Thornton
Raines of Sedgewickville, Mo.;
eight sons, James Don, Robert
C. and Warren G. Griffith of
Castlewood, Roger W. Griffith of
Indianapolis, Ind., Herman N.
Griffith of Sparta, Ohio, Edward
A. and Jack c. Grffith of Center-
burg Ohio, and Raymond H. Griffith
of Richlands; one sister, Mrs.
C. V. Blankenship of Richlands;
one brother, W. Hobart Sisk of
Richlands; 19 grandchildren.
Funeral services will be con-
ducted Wednesday at 3 p.m. at
Hurst-Scott Funeral Chapel in
Richlands with Elders M. F.
Cox, William Intman and Wallace
Chapman officiating. Burial
will follow in Hankins Cemetery
at Richlands.
Friends may call at the
funeral home.
