Services were at the First Baptist Church for H. W. Ribble, 87, who died Thursday afternoon in an Olney hospital.

He was married in 1905 to Eliza Ann Gibbs in Young County, and they lived in Weatherford, Nocona, and Henrietta before returning to Olney. He was a retired employee for Contin, amember of the First Baptist Church, where he was a deacon for many years, years.
Survivors include his wife; three daughters, Mrs. Rufus McCasland of Olney, Mrs. H. E. Presnall of Dallas and Mrs. LeGrande G. "Odie Lorene" Mabry of Graham; four grandchildren, and two great grandchildren; and one brother Frank Ribble of Graham.
Mr. and Mrs. H.W. Ribble of Hernietta celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary in Graham, Texas. They were honored by their children at the home of their daughter, Mrs. L.G. Mabry of Graham. Their other children - Mrs. H.E. Presnall of Dallas and Mrs. Rufus McCasland of Olney were there with the large cake and golden bells and the dates "1905-1955".
Mr. Ribble retired from the Continental Oil Company in 1948. He is an active member of the FIrst Baptist Church at Henrietta, Texas.
