The absolute dearest, sweetest lady you ever could meet. She was such a ray of sunshine. Everyone loved her.

Lucille met her husband, Bill, while living in the coal camps at Benedict, in St. Charles. They were married on January 16, 1942, shortly before he was sent off to World War II. They had two children, Marion Walter Hall and Peggy Augusta (Hinkle). They raised their family in Ben Hur, Virginia. Bill and Lucille were married for 51 years. They had two grandchildren, Marty and Bobby (through Marion and Susan), and four great-grandchildren, Kasey, Callie, Kevin and Sydney.

After Bill passed away, Route 58 was widened, and it took their sweet home in Ben Hur. Lucille then moved to Huber Heights, Ohio in 1998 to live her remaining years near her children.
