Mrs. Jasper Curry, 92, one of Shelby County's oldest residents, died at the home of her daughter, Mrs. James V. Tressler in Ash Grove township, Monday.
Mrs. Curry was a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Austin Bennett, pioneer residents of eastern Shelby County. She is survived by her husband, Jasper Curry, and five children, Mrs. Joe Falk of Strasburg, Mrs. Joe Blue of Shelbyville, Mrs. James V. Tressler, William Curry of Reading, Kan. and Silas Curry of Lovington.
Mr. and Mrs. Curry celebrated their 71st wedding anniversary last September.
Burial in Ash Grove Cemetery.
