Funeral services for Mrs. James [Myrtle] Tressler, 91, of Windsor, were conducted Tuesday afternoon at Lovins Funeral Home with Dan Lockett officiating. Mr. and Mrs. Leo Bennett sang "Jesus Savior Pilot Me' and "How Great Thou Art." Pallbearers were Paul Montgomery, John Clawson, Ralph Shew, George Slifer, Jay Cazier and Vance Kercheval. Burial was in Ash Grove Cemetery. She died at 12:45 p.m. Saturday, July 3 [1971] in the Shelby County Memorial Hospital. Mrs. Tressler was preceded in death by her husband James Tressler. She leaves a daughter, Mrs. Howard [Mildred] Clawson of Windsor; two grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. Windsor Gazette
