Mr. Perry
L. C. Perry, 74, of Grand Prairie died Sunday, Feb. 4, in a Dallas Hospital after a sudden illness.
Services were Wednesday, Feb. 7, at Bean-Massey-Burge Chapel with Dr. Ernest Duncan officiating assisted by Don Perry. Burial was in the Moore Memorial Gardens in Arlington.
Mr. Perry was born April 1, 1921, in Hamilton, the son of Lillie Carl and George Madison Perry. He had lived in Grand Prairie since 1961. He was married to Frances Jones on June 16, 1961, in Grand Prairie.
He was the owner of Perry's Heating and Air-Conditioning and retired in January from the heating and air conditioning business. He was a Baptist and grew up in the Blue Ridge Baptist Church of Hamilton County.
He was preceded in death by his parents, an infant brother; two brothers, Robert Burl Perry and Everett Perry; and a sister, Irene Ford.
Survivors include his wife, Frances Perry of Grand Prairie, three sons and daughters-in-law, Don and Susan Perry of Austin, Dean and Sandra Perry of Grand Prairie and Charles and Linda Brandon of Herndon, VA; five grandchildren, Misty Perry, Coby Perry, Bryan Perry, Lindsey Perry, and Gregory Brandon; three brothers, Jeff Perry and Alven Perry, both of Hamilton; and Vergel Perry of Lake Jackson; two sisters, Cleo Osterman of Lake Jackson, and Katherine Arnold of Hamilton; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Pallbearers were Bryan Perry, Coby Perry, Gregory Brandon, Stanley Perry, Larry Gardner, Matt Jackson, and Bruce Combs.
