Cora D. Smith, 81, Hop Bottom, died Thursday, July 11, 1985, at her home. Born in Blairstown, NJ, she was the daughter of the late Metthias and Emma Henry. Surviving are five daughters, Mrs. Glenn (Edna) Raub, and Mrs Gerald (JoAnn) Whalen, both of Conklin, NY, Mrs. Arthur (Betty) Benson, Dade City, FL., and Mrs. Gerald (June) Keller, Hop Bottom, and Mrs. Ernest (Emma) Wilbur, Nicholson; seven sons, Floyd, Walter, and Earl, all of Hop Bottom, Kenneth, Norristown, Charles, Little Meadowns, Glenn, Staten Island, NY, and Donald, Lenoxville; 41 grandchildren; 31 great -grandchildren; several great-great grandchildren, nieces and nephews. Services were held Saturday, July 13, at the Bartron Funeral Home, Inc., 74 Chruch Street, Montrose, PA, with the Rev. Ralph E. Christianson, pastor of the First Universalist Church of Brooklyn, officiating. Interment, Maplewood Cemetery, Harford.
