Margaret (Margie) Kidd Flint was born December 20, 1931 in Capitola, Fisher County, Texas, to Bennie and Clair Kidd. She married the love of her life J.A. Flint October 1, 1950, and that union lasted 57 years, until his death on August 27, 2007. Margaret went to meet her Lord on November 18, 2020.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Bennie and Clair Kidd, her husband J.A. Flint, her son Douglas Flint, and infant daughter Philliss Kay Flint; Frankie Lee and husband Barney Toland, M.E. and husband J.L. Waddell, Butch and Dortha Kidd, John and Betty Kidd; and sister Betty Steele.

She is survived by her son Donald and wife Kathy Flint of Holdenville, Okla., daughters Mary and husband Erik Robins of Ardmore, Okla. and Betty Flint of Tulsa, Okla.; three grandchildren, Leah and husband Mike Harper and their daughters Olivia and Natalie of Jenks, Okla., Jacob Flint of Tulsa, Okla., and Chloe' Robbins of Kansas City, Mo.; sisters Ann Cearley, Jane Collins, and Wanda Jordan; sister-in-law Shirley Orr; and numerous nieces and nephews, her Church family and many friends.

At 83, Memo, Margie, became a foster mom to little Jazzy Marie Brown. Memo said she "just wanted to rock baby Jazzy," who brought so much joy into her life. Margie was a member of the Church of Christ all her adult life. She was a lifetime homemaker who loved her family and church family. She loved quilting, cooking, canning and gardening; working beside her husband when needed, regardless what it was; and was happiest when she was out digging in the dirt. She always had a large garden and was willing to share it with anyone who would take her veggies. She was a mother, teacher, taxi driver, tractor driver, truck driver, cowgirl, gardener, cook and dishwasher. Her love of God and family was her life and she will be missed by all.
