Funeral services were Monday, May 13, at the Novice Baptist Church with Revs. Robert O'Neill and Jeff Beckett officiating. Graveside services and burial were scheduled at 4:00 p.m. Monday in Parker Cemetery at Grapeland, TX with Rev. W.E. Shiflet officiating. Fry & Gibbs Funeral Home had charge of arrangements.
She was born in Grapeland, a daughter of Clem Smith and Pearl Masters. She attended Grapeland schools and married Charles L. Riddle on January 15, 1978 in Anderson County. She was a member of the Novice Baptist Church, its adult Sunday school class and choir.
Surviving are her husband; 3 daughtes, Judy Murrill Salmon Dancer of Elkhart, Lawanda Joy Salmon Lusk of Grapeland and Miss Lula Francis Daniels of Paris; 2 sons, Michael Alvin 'Mike' Salmon of Palestine and Dan Edward Salmon of Elkhart; 14 grandchildren; 4 sisters, Mrs. Lee Different of Athens, Mrs. Erie Grant of Corsicana, Sybil Moran of Elkhart and Mrs. Ruth Stephenson of Brownsboro.
