This is my grandmother. She was the wife of Charles David Arnold and the daughter of Eliza Jane GAROUTTE Hudlow and William Wright Hudlow. She was their seventh child and one of fourteen children. Her maternal grandparents were Isaac Garoutte and Martha Jane SMITH Garoutte and her paternal grandparents were William Beaver Hudlow and Margaret WILLIAMS Hudlow.

She and my grandfather were married in June 1905 and she gave birth to their first child, my father, William Adam "Bill" Arnold, on June 4th., 1907. Clint Arnold was their second child, next was Nadine, and her last child, was named Nelson.

Much of my grandparents adult years were spent divided between Pottersville, MO and Jonesboro, AR.

She was of French and German descent and our family's lineage is chronicled in "The French And American History Of Michael Garoutte And His Descendants" and in "Hudlows In America".

Our Grandmother was survived by her husband, one daughter, many grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. She is very much loved and missed by all.
