LIBERTY - Frances Butler McKinney, 80, of Liberty, died Monday, Nov. 10, 2008.
The funeral was held Nov. 13, 2008, at Mt. Pleasant Baptist Church,where she was a life-long member, with the Rev. Wayne Dunn officiating. Burial was in the church cemetery.
She was a native of Randolph County, the widow of Marvin Joseph"Joe" McKinney and the manager of Liberty Drive-In.
Surviving are sisters, Vallie Ray, Virginia Fonzo and Margaret Cheek, all of Liberty; stepchildren, Steve McKinney and Debbie Jo Chapman.
Memorials may be made to Mt. Pleasant Baptist Church,7103 Sandy Creek Church Road, Staley, N.C. 27355.
