ARTHUR FLOWERS PASSES HERE SUNDAY
Arthur J. flowers 50, died at his home Sunday morning after a short illness. He was born March 12, 1899 in Frontier County, Nebraska and moved to Emmett in 1921 where he has resided since.
Surviving are his wife Wilma, and one son Orland of Emmett; three daughters Cecile and Lois both of Emmett and Mrs. Elaine Oster of Portland, Ore.; one grandchild and his mother Mrs. Sarah flowers of Emmett. Three brothers Lawrence of Emmett and Elmer and Ernest both of Kennewick Wash.; and eight sisters, Florence Savage, Etta Walker, Cora Mills and Agnes Holbrook all of Emmett, Wanda Portrey, Adrian, Ore., Blanche Brutzman, Lewiston, Id., and Irma Massengale and Elizabeth Massengale, both of Kennewick, WA.
Services were conducted Wednesday with the Rev. H.L. Androes officiating. Interment was in Riverside.
