Flowers Funeral
Services for Lawrence Leeander Flowers. 71, who died Sunday, will be conducted 2 P.M. Friday at the Beatty chapel with the Rev. L. S. Havemann .of the Assembly of God church officiating. Interment will follow In Emmett.
Mr. Flowers was born Feb. 17, 1894. in Indianola, Neb., and came to Emmett in 1934. His wife, Violet Maude Flowers preceded him in death Sept. 19, 1959.
He was employed by Boise Cascade until his retirement.
Surviving him are six sons, Roy of Waco, Tex., Dwayne with the . U. S. Navy at Charleston, N.C., Lawrence, Davd and Darrell, all of Emmett; six daughters: Mrs. Helen Adams, Mrs. Maxine Mitchel, Mrs. Dorothy King and Mrs. Wanda Rice, all of Emmett, Mrs. Patricia Guinard and Mrs. Fern Dely, both of Boise; seven sisters, Mrs. Florence Rogers, Mrs. Agnes Holbrook and Mrs. Wanda Portrey, all of Emmett, Mrs. Cora Armstrong, of Spokane, Mrs. Blanche Voss, of. Yakima, 'Mrs. Eizabeth Massengale and Mrs. Erma Massengale, both of Kennewick; one brother, Ernest Flowers of Richland, Wash., 29 grandchildren and 13 great -grandchildren.
