Mrs. Martha Wilson, 84, of Iberia died Tuesday, April 10, 1984 at Charles E. Still Hospital in Jefferson City. She was born March 24, 1900, in Maries County to David and Cordelia Pendleton Barnhart. On Feb. 23, 1919, she was married at Meta to James H. Wilson, who died Nov. 13, 1978.

Mrs. Wilson was a member of the Fairview Christian Church and American Legion Post 105 Ladies Auxiliary.

Surviving her are a daughter, Dollie Wilson of Jefferson City, two brothers, Ode Barnhart and Arlie Barnhart, both of Meta; three sisters, Elizabeth Copeland of Iberia, Mary Duncan of Dixon and Corda Rakes of Meta; and nieces and nephews. A son, Raymond Wilson, died on March 14.

Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday at Fairview Christian Church. Bro. Gene Edwards and Bro. Floyd Barlow will officiate. Burial will be in Stokes Cemetery. Visitation will be held after 2 p.m. Friday at Stevinson-Mossman Funeral Home in Iberia.
