Services for Blanche L. Wills, 83, 13921 Wills Road, S.E., will be 1 p.m. Tuesday at the chapel of Henderson, VanAtta & Johnston Funeral Home, with the Rev. Harvey Lescalleet officiating. Burial will be in Hanover Cemetery.
Mrs. Wills died in Arlington Nursing Home Saturday morning. She was born Sept. 11, 1900, in Licking County to Frank and Laura (Armstrong) Westbrook.
Her husband, Merrill E. Wills, died Feb. 25, 1969. She is survived by eight sons: Carl F. Wills of Tucson, AZ; Ralph S. Wills, Donald E. Wills, Arthur L. Wills, Richard D. Wills, Ronald D. Wills, Warren L. Wills and Gerald D. Wills, all of Newark: three daughters: Mrs. Arland (Hazel) Rogers of Newark; Mrs. William (Virginia) Snelling of Newark; Mrs. James (Shirley) Sprinkle of Buckeye Lake: one brother, Frank Westbrook of Nashport; 40 grandchildren and 32 great-grandchildren. Two sons, one daughter, one grandson and three great-grandchildren are deceased.
Friends may call 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.
