Funeral services for Guy Westbrook, 76, of 120 Poplar Ave., will be at 11 a.m. Friday at the Ross Henderson Funeral Home. Burial in Wilson Cemetery.
Mr. Westbrook was found dead Tuesday afternoon in his home by his son, John Westbrook, of Newark. County Coroner George Gressle ruled that he had been dead for several hours, and that death was due to natural cause.
He was born Nov. 20, 1892 in the Rocky Fork vicinity Frank and Laura Armstrong Westbrook.
A life resident of Newark, he formerly worked for the Baltimore and Ohio Railroad Co., retiring in 1959.
In addition to his son, he is survived by two sisters: Mrs. Altha Dresback of Columbus, Mrs. Blanche Wills of Rt. 1: a brother, Frank of Route 2, Nashport: one grandchild and three great-grandchildren.
Friends may call from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday in the funeral home.
