Funeral services will be held Wednesday at 2 p.m. in McCracken Funeral Home for Henry Louis Lockhart, 65, of Cambridge, R.D. 3. Elder Feltman of Zanesville will officiate and burial will be made in Northwood Cemetery.
Mr. Lockhart died Saturday in his home after an illness.
A son of Granville and Sarah Jane Toole Lockhart, he was born July 29, 1890, in West Virginia.
On Nov. 10, 1907, he married Mahala Milstead, who survives.
In addition to his widow he leaves eight daughters, Mrs. Bessie Ross of Cambridge R.D. 1, Mrs. Alice Felter of Mt. Vernon, Mrs. Opal Berg of Marietta; Mrs. Dorothy Smith of Akron, Mrs. Susan Verecchia, of Akron, Mrs. Catherine Camp of Akron, Mrs. Jo Ann Yoak of Barberton, and Miss Doris Lockhart of Akron; three sons, Louis and Kenneth of Akron and David of Florida; 19 grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
He also leaves three brothers, Joseph of Mingo Junction, Dewey of Ironton, and Frank of Rowlesberg, V. Va. sic; seven sisters, Mrs. Lillie Shartzer, Barberton, Mrs. Catherine Norris, Stowe, Mrs. Dollie Parsons of Akron, Mrs. Bertha Enoch, Mrs. Ethel Virden, Mrs. Susan Stanley and Mrs. Rose Stilgenbaur, all of Parkersburg, W.Va. A son and daughter are deceased.
