Heard satisfactory evidence that John Derr, late pensioner (former drummer in revolution) died 15 Jul 1854, leaving a widow, and surviving children: Catherine, Elizabeth, Jacob, John and George W. Derr,
the last named having qualified as Administrator in this Court on this date.

Baltimore, 1 August 1854, George W. Derr (signature) makes oath that his late father resided in Carroll Co. for 30 years and previously thereto in Baltimore Co. Sworn before John S. Gittings (signature) Pension Agent, same day.

George W. Derr collected $785.30 arrears, due from
March 1831 to 15 July, 1854.
