William Derr; George W. Derr; Mary Hesson, wife of Abraham Hesson; Jacob F. Derr; Noah Derr; Amanda J. Derr; Martha E. Rumby, wife of Thomas Benton Rumby; and Sarah Sprinkle, deceased, died intestate, wife of Henry Sprinkle, mother of Ida Mary Sprinkle, Simon Peter Sprinkle, and Theodore Sprinkle. Property situate in Hampstead District, on old Hampstead Westminster Road, about 3 miles from Westminster, being part of The Trouring Streams Corrected.

Sarah's exact death date is unknown. The last found land survey took place in 1873 stating her ownership of the land. She was last recorded in the Dist. of Hampsted, Carroll County, Maryland in the June, 1880 cencus listed as a boarder. It is believed she passed in 1880, or perhaps early 1881. No other records turn up after this census.
