Margaret B Kohler
Mrs. Margaret B Kohler, 81, of North Branch, died Wednesday, April 8, in the Fisher Convalescent Home, Caro. She was born in Burnside Township Dec 14, 1888, daughter of John and Anna Scharf.

Mrs. Kohler was a member of Sts Peter and Paul Church, North Branch. Her husband, George, died in July, 1942.

Surviving are 4 sons, Simon of Detroit, Leo of Garden City, Gerald of Rochester and Robert of Maryland; 3 daughters, Mrs. Esther Baltzer of Windsor, Canada, Mrs. Olive Jeffries of Detroit and Mrs. Margaret Phelps of Kingston; 3 sisters, Mrs. Jessie Dubay and Mrs. Henrietta Mayotte, both of Detroit and Mrs. Gertrude Bader of Flint; brother Gustave Scharf, a member of the Jesuit Brotherhood in Chicago; 27 grandchildren; 17 great grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.

Services were held Friday in Sts Peter and Paul Church. Burial was in the church cemetery. Arrangements were handled by the Blackburn Funeral Home, North Branch.
