HELENE LOUISE EPPLEY, 79, died Thursday at Marion General Hospital, Marion.
Born in Mason City, Iowa, she was a homemaker and had also been a crafts instructor at White's Institute.
Her husband, Harold W., died in 1997. Surviving are a son, Dale L. of Somerset; a daughter, Ruth Ann Eppley of Fairborn, Ohio; a brother, Arden Butts of South Carolina; and two grandchildren.
Memorial service at 2 p.m. Sunday at McDonald Funeral Home, Eddingfield Chapel, Wabash. No calling. Burial at Falls Cemetery, Wabash, at a later date. Memorials to Rolling Meadows Health Care Center, LaFontaine, in care of social directors department.
