Apparently Walter O. Mason was born Oscar R. Abbott (Abbet). He changed his name between the 1920 Federal Census when he was in the military in Maryland and May 8, 1921, when he married Mabel Dungan. I was notified of the information through a volunteer from the Miller County, Missouri Historical Society.

Maybelle Estella Dungan, 8 May 1921 in Eakly, Caddo County, OK. She died in 1962.
