Funeral service for Mrs. Nell Stewart, 87, of Ridge Grove (Transcribers Note: Ridge Grove, near Lafayette, Chambers Co, AL) will be Thursday, Feb. 18, 1999, 1 p.m. at Center Baptist Church. Interment will follow in the Church Cemetery. The Rev. Charles Woodfin will officiate.
Mrs. Stewart died Monday, Feb 15, 1999, at East Alabama Medical Center. Mrs. Stewart, a homemaker, was retired from the old Playtex plant of Lafayette.
She is survived by her daughter, Ann Chambers of Baltimore, M.; two sons, Joe Stewart of Phoenix, Ariz., and Jimmy Stewart of Odessa, Fla.; one sister, Mamye Pope of Phenix City, four grandchildren, Jimmy Jr., Andy, Beth and Charles, and seven great-grandchildren, Brandon, Brittany, Andrew, Bradley, Jeremy, Kristina and Lindsey.
