Ridge Grove-Funeral service for Mr. John A. Stewart of Ridge Grove, (Transcribers Note: Ridge Grove, near Lafayette, Chambers Co, AL) will be held Wednesday at 2 p.m. at Center Baptist Church. Rev. Yancey Sanders and Rev. Vernon Brown will officiate and burial will be in the church cemetery.
Mr. Stewart, 69, died Monday, April 28, 1980 at 9 p.m. at Lee County Hospital after a length illness. He was a member of Center baptist Church.
Survivors include, his wife, Mrs. Nell G. Stewart, Ridge Grove; one daughter, Edith Ann Stewart Chambers, Baltimore, Md.; two sons, John Joseph Stewart, Phenix, Ariz., James Franklin Stewart, Tampa, Fla.; one sister, Mrs. Stanford Hill, Pensacola, Fla; and four grandchildren.
Johnson Sanders Funeral Home of Lafayette will handle arrangements.
