Agnes Evelyn Peets married John Robert Ruyle, son of Jeremiah Edward Ruyle and Melissa Lynn Ruyle, on May 27, 1888 in Calhoun County, Illinois. They had three boys, Boyd, Floyd, and Stanley when her husband suddenly died of appendicitis in 1896.
Agnes moved to Saint Louis with her mother and children to work as a seamstress for the St. Louis World's Fair. There she met August Waulker, a carpenter working at the fair. They married in 1903; they had no children.
The 1900 census indicates that she lost a child before 1900, which according to the family was a child she was expecting with John Robert Ruyle before he died.
Her son Stanley died in Saint Louis in 1904, and is buried in Calhoun County, Illinois. Her son Boyd died in Wisconsin, and is buried there. I do not think Boyd had children. Her son Floyd died in 1966 in Missouri.
