Stacy Estenson Annastacia E. Estenson, 90, of Fergus Falls, died Saturday June 17, 2000, at Broen Memorial Home in Fergus Falls. She was born on May 9, 1910, in Ashley, N.D., the daughter of Albert and Caroline (Dahlke) Mayer. She grew up in the New Prague and Montgomery area, graduating from high school in New Prague. On Dec. 12, 1938, she married Orval I. Estenson in Montgomery. The couple later moved to Fergus Falls. She worked for many years as a cook at the Fergus Falls High School. She was a member of the Trinity Lutheran Church and its circles. Mrs. Estenson enjoyed gardening, fishing, baking and sewing.

Preceding her in death was her husband Orval in 1975; a brother Werner Mayer; and one sister Evelyn Vanasek.

Survivors include two daughters, Jean (Duane) Helm, of Bloomington and LouAnn Long of Rochester; six grandchildren, Katherine Blake, Kimberly Woebke, Lisa Long, Kayla Linder, Joel Long and Karrin Helm; five great-grandchildren, Andrew, Kevin, Austin, Claire and Savanna; one sister, Leona Stanek of Montgomery; one brother, Del (Jo) Mayer of Willmar; and a special friend, Einar Lund of Fergus Falls.

Visitation: Monday from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the funeral home chapel
