Jasper McCartney is a son of Andrew McCartney and Jenetta Cook, he was one of 14 + known siblings of Andrew and Jenetta.

He married to Cora Potter and had 2 known sons Harry Estell McCartney, . and a daughter jul 2, 1890

Jasper married 2nd to Mary Elizabeth Eby March, 19, 1887and had a son Clifford McCartney born 1885

3rd to Eva R. Stinnett April 28, 1894.

At the time of his Murder he was married and the Father of Several Children.
